Sardar Haider Jaffri not only laid the foundation of the firm but also made it a renowned name in the footwear industry. His professional attitude, nurtured vision and in depth knowledge about the products and the working of the industry has helped the organisation grow well towards the path of success. His foresightedness about the changing business patterns , Innovation of new products through modern technologies and quality maintainence have been an important part of his business strategies. With more than 45 years of experience in this field he is known for his commitment and hardwork. In addition to the footwear business, he has successfully planned and executed various Real Estate and Construction Ventures across the city.
Saif Haider Jaffri (Director) Saif Haider Jaffri is young and dynamic. He is an integral part and backbone of the organisation. He has always kept himself updated with the latest development and technology followed by flexible and organised work ensuring personal and corporate deadlines are met strictly as per schedule. Commited to hardwork, Saif's new ideas and strategies are designed towards making JBR a stronger brand.Saif heads the company's core business strategies and represents a strong foundation of ambition, excellence , growth and consistency in the face of an evolving and challenging indian rubber industry. Apart from managing his footwear business he is also inclined towards real estate and architecture and heads group’s Real estate and Construction Business. He has successfully executed several residential buildings in Kolkata and various others are in the pipeline.
Zaid Haider Jaffri(Director) Zaid Haider Jaffri is the younger son of Mr. Sardar Haider Jaffri. With a vision and mission to improve the company’s overall performance, Zaid is actively involved in formulating key decisions and policies of the company. His areas of concern in the company are business development, marketing ,sales and manpower management and to this effect, he has taken these departments under his wings. Zaid is also actively involved in the group’s real estate/construction ventures. Zaid holds a Masters degree in investment and finance from the prestigious Queen Mary University of London.
